Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in any of our units due to allergies and cleanliness.
Of course! We would be more than happy to book your next reservation. Some return customers decide to rollover their deposit every year to guarantee their unit.
Please remove all of your personal items and discard all trash. If the unit is excessively dirty, we will charge an additional cleaning fee.
If you damage your rental, please give us a call as soon as possible. Depending on the valuation of the damage, it can be handled through insurance or taken from your deposit.
The security deposit is typically refunded within 3-5 business days.
Yes, the rental fee is $20 per day for a travel trailer (depending on availability) and $2 per hour on the motorhomes.
Yes, we rent brake controllers ($49.95) and weight distribution ($59.95).

Yes, please empty both the Black and Gray tanks (Sewage) before you return the rental. We recommend using the Sunoco Truck Stop off of Rt. 33 in Carroll, OH. If the tanks are not dumped, we issue a $150 dumping fee.
Propane is included in your rental and you do not need to refill the tanks upon return.
Yes, please return the unit with a full gas tank. If the unit is not returned with a full tank of gas, there will be a $3.50 per gallon charge to fill the tank.
For every hour the unit is late, we charge a late fee of $100. Please return the unit on time: some units are rented out the same day they return and a late return could impact another family’s vacation.
You can drop off your rental on the return date between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
The unit can also be returned the night before in our side parking lot using our night drop procedures. Please note: the unit remains in your name until it is checked in the following morning.
We will call you about 1 week prior to your rental to schedule a pick-up time for your unit (typically between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.).
Yes, you are able to park your vehicle at our facility. Specialty RV is not responsible for loss or damages to the vehicle while parked at our lot.
Yes, you must be at least 25 years of age.
Yes, the fee is $2 per hour of use.
Yes, there is a refundable security deposit on all units: pop-ups, hybrids, and travel trailers require a $500 deposit, and motorhomes require a $1,000 deposit.
We have a 3 night minimum on our rentals to make sure you have enough time to enjoy your trip.
To limit possible damage to both the motorhome and the vehicle, we do not allow towing at this time.
While the vehicle is in transit, you cannot have more people in the unit than there are provided seat belts. While the unit is parked, you can sleep as many people as fit comfortably within the unit.
We rent 2018 Class C Forester motorhomes.
No, all of our rental units are strictly smoke-free.
